We had a de luxe room with 2 balconies, a really comfortable bed and a nice bathroom (soap and shower gel from Trussardi!), With a partial view of the lake. The breakfast buffet was very nice, the staff extremely friendly. We were only there for one night, highly recommended for a longer stay.

The good, the bad, and the unexpected
A prime location with amazing lake views! The staff's hospitality was great, especially at the rooftop bar. While some rooms can feel a bit small, the comfort and modern amenities more than compensate. Be prepared for occasional slow service during busy hours and challenges with ferry schedules. Vintage charm meets lovely scenery here!

The place was exceptionally clean and nicely appointed, had extremely helpful and especially helpful staff from the owner to the housekeepers. The breakfasts were always complimentary and generous with an awesome view, homemade cakes plus yoghurt.

Breakfast was delicious with a view of the lake, everything tastes very good.
Location of the hotel, directly through the narrow alleys, was a challenge. At first, we thought that this was the wrong way, but after that everything was tip-top. The chef parked our cars in the garage - and we didn't need a car for the next two days and could enjoy the beautiful location at the lake to the full.
